This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.
We use Your Personal data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1. Types of Data Collected
Personal Data
While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You and to provide cloud synchronization features. This includes:
- Identification Data: Email address, display name, and profile picture (provided via Google Sign-In or Apple ID).
- Account Credentials: Unique User ID (UID) generated by Firebase Authentication.
- User Content: Tasks, subtasks, and productivity statistics (sessions and pomodoros) that You voluntarily save and synchronize in our cloud database.
- Subscription Data: Purchase history, subscription status, and entitlement identifiers (processed via RevenueCat).
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. It may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
2. Use of Your Personal Data
The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
- To provide Cloud Synchronization: We use your UID and Firestore database to store your tasks and statistics, allowing you to access your data from different devices.
- To manage Your Account: To manage Your registration as a user. The Personal Data You provide gives You access to different functionalities available to registered users.
- To manage Subscriptions: We process your subscription status through third-party services (RevenueCat) to grant access to Premium features.
- For the performance of a contract: The development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for services You have purchased through the Service.
3. Service Providers (Third-Party Integration)
We share Your personal information with the following Service Providers to monitor, analyze and facilitate our Service:
- Google Firebase: Used for user authentication (Firebase Auth) and cloud data storage (Firestore). Your data is stored securely on Google's infrastructure.
- RevenueCat: Used to manage in-app subscriptions and verify your "Pro" status. RevenueCat does not receive your credit card information.
- Apple / Google Play: All financial transactions are processed by these platforms. We do not collect or store your payment card or bank account details.
4. Delete Your Personal Data
You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.
- In-App Deletion: You may delete Your information at any time by using the "Delete Account" option within the application settings. This will remove your account from Firebase Auth and all associated data from Firestore.
- Manual Request: You may also contact Us at ooovdev@gmail.com to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that You have provided to Us.
Please note: Deleting your Pomobit account does not automatically cancel your subscription in the App Store or Google Play. You must manage your subscriptions through your Store settings.
5. Security of Your Personal Data
The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us. We implement security rules in our cloud database to ensure that only You can access Your specific data. However, remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
